Nature of this website and how orders are made

This website is a showcase: you cannot complete or pay for an order here. Orders are agreed via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email and only become final once kreMM has explicitly confirmed the order.

Prices

Prices on this site (“from”) are indicative. The final price is fixed when your order is confirmed and includes VAT. Decoration is not included in the price and is agreed per order.

Payment

No deposit is required. Payment is made on delivery or pickup — via Tikkie, bank transfer or cash, as agreed.

Cancellation and changes

You can cancel or change your order free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed date; for wedding cakes, up to 14 days before the date. After that, kreMM may charge the costs actually incurred (ingredients, work already carried out).

No right of withdrawal

All our products are made fresh to order, to your specifications, and have a limited shelf life. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply (Art. 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

Allergens

For each product we list the main allergens (gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, soy, sesame). All products are made in one kitchen where these allergens are handled; traces can never be fully excluded. Always mention allergies when ordering. In case of severe allergies, we unfortunately cannot give any guarantee.

Delivery and pickup

Delivery and pickup take place according to the conditions on the Delivery page of this website. Risk passes at the moment of delivery or pickup. If you transport the cake yourself, you are responsible for the transport (keep it flat and cool). Follow the storage advice provided with your order.

Complaints

Please check your order upon receipt. Complaints about fresh products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, preferably with a photo, via info@kremm.nl or the messenger you ordered through. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

Photos of orders

kreMM may use photos of finished products for its portfolio and social media. If you would rather we did not, please let us know when ordering.

Liability and applicable law

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect transport or storage after handover. These terms are governed by Dutch law. In case of differences between language versions, the Dutch version prevails.
