Who we are

kreMM is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website and when you place an order. Our business details are listed at the top of this page; you can reach us at info@kremm.nl.

Orders

When you order via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or email, we process your name, your contact details and the details of your order (date, weight, wishes and any allergies you tell us about). Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Invoices and administrative records are kept for 7 years under the Dutch statutory tax retention obligation.

Website visits and analytics

Our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs — briefly, for security and to keep the site running properly (legitimate interest). For statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies and without tracking individual visitors; we only see aggregated figures.

Delivery calculator

If you enter a postcode on the delivery page, only that postcode is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim (OpenStreetMap Foundation) and the OSRM routing service to calculate the distance and delivery cost. No other data is sent, and we do not store the postcode.

Images and email

Photos on this site are served through the CDN of Sanity, our content platform; in doing so, Sanity necessarily processes your IP address. Our email address info@kremm.nl runs on Google Workspace; Google processes email traffic as a processor.

Cookies and localStorage

This website does not use cookies, which is why you do not see a cookie banner. We do store two preferences in your browser’s localStorage: your language choice and, if you use it, your favourites list. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us or to third parties. You can remove it via your browser settings (clear site data) or, for the favourites list, via the “Clear all” button on the Favourites page.

Messengers

If you choose to message us via WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, the privacy terms of those platforms also apply. The conversation only starts once you click the link yourself.

Transfers outside the EEA and retention

Cloudflare, Google and Sanity are US companies. Data transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). Retention: order communication — as long as needed for the order and any follow-up questions; administration and invoices — 7 years; server logs — the short periods applied by Cloudflare.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability. Email info@kremm.nl to exercise these rights. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page. In case of differences between language versions, the Dutch version prevails.
