Red velvet

Moist red velvet sponge with subtle cocoa notes. Cream cheese frosting made with cream cheese and whipping cream. Filled with raspberry compote (optional). Taste: moderately sweet with a light raspberry acidity. Ingredients: eggs, sugar, kefir, vegetable oil, wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, red food colouring, cream cheese, 33% whipping cream, powdered sugar, raspberries, corn starch, lemon juice.
